Key Lime Pie Yogurt

I'm currently following the GAPS diet and have been making my own yogurt. I use this yogurt maker and try to make yogurt twice a week. I buy Trickling Springs non-homoginized whole milk, cream and half-n-half from the Sunday farmer's market on Columbia Pike. It's also sold at MOM's in Arlandria for a similar price. I like using Fage Greek yogurt as a starter because it produces a mild yogurt flavor after the 24 hour fermentation process.

Key Lime Pie Yogurt
serves 4

1 C plain yogurt
zest of 1 lime
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
2 T honey
