Peach Frozen Yogurt

It's the end of summer, sigh.  I went peach picking with my artsy friend Sara and made a batch of this frozen yogurt.  It's the perfect balance of sweet, fruity, light and satisfying.  If you prefer a smoother consistency, puree the peaches before adding them to the yogurt.  Otherwise the chopped peaches provide a nice, frozen bite.

Peach Frozen Yogurt

2 C homemade whole milk yogurt
1/3 C + 1 T honey
1 tsp lemon juice
2 1/2 tsp GF almond extract
1 1/2 C ripe fresh peaches, peeled and chopped

Mix all of the ingredients together.
Pour into an electric ice cream maker for 30 minutes.
Pour into a container and freeze for 1-2 hours before indulging.
