Low Lactose Cinnamon Yogurt Sauce



Everyone needs variety.  We ate this as a topping on blueberry donut pancakes as an alternative to our usual, super sweet honey butter.  I've been making my own yogurt for about a year now, and I feel so good eating it knowing it's low in lactose and high in probiotics, since it ferments for 24 hours.  If you don't make your own yogurt, simply substitute with a creamy plain yogurt, like full fat greek yogurt. 

 Low Lactose Cinnamon Yogurt Sauce

1/4 C yogurt
2 T honey
1/4 tsp vanilla
4 dashes of cinnamon

Mix all of the ingredients together
