Meal Plan for the Week: What I've Eaten

Breakfast:
Simple & Savory Rolls with grass-fed butter and local, raw honey
Yogurt (24-hour fermented), O.J. and frozen raspberries smoothies
Scrambled Eggs

Lunch:
Baked chicken wings with steamed broccoli and Spicy Yogurt Ranch
Lemon Ginger KeVita (my new obsession)

Delicious Gazpacho from BusBoys and Poets
Egg salad over butter lettuce dressed with oil and lemon, and sardines packed in olive oil.


Dinner:
Venison meatloaf with this amazing Ketchup, green beans and Breaded & Fried Yellow Squash
BLT with extra lettuce, no bread and cheesy scrambled eggs


I've also eaten a bit too many scoops of icing when topping cupcakes at CakeLove!  I love eating grain free- eating eggs, cheese, meat, seafood, cooked veggies, salads, fruit and yogurt makes me feel great.  But not eating sweets is still really hard sometimes.
