Happy Fall! We just got back from a beautiful wedding in Charlotte, NC.
We ate some great food (a list of GF friendly restaurants coming soon), had a chance meeting with a fellow Celiac from Chicago, celebrated our 1 year anniversary and had like, way too much fun. Let's just say glow stick necklaces were involved.
The view from the plane as we landed was burnt orange as far as the eye could see. It reminded me of just how lush the Virginia and Carolina coasts can be. It makes me sad because Fall passes so quickly and then it's just chilly winter. I've learned to love winter more than I ever thought I would, but Fall is one beautiful season.
So to celebrate the remaining weeks of warm apple cider, cinnamon and all forms of baked squash, here are a few of my pumpkin recipes. All gluten free, grain free, and refined sugar free.
