Food Confessions: What's In My Pantry

We bought an old rowhouse over Thanksgiving weekend and the kitchen is SO SMALL! Actually the whole house is small, but we knew that going into it.  We previously rented a small, one-level condo and we've come to appreciate the challenges of a small space.  If we don't want to live in a completely packed and cluttered mess, we have to get rid of stuff and only keep what we'll really use.  It has forced us to value the stuff we have kept and to use our storage spaces well.

So even though our pantry is pretty dang small, it holds some really good stuff.

We'd like to re-do the kitchen when we can afford it, but for now a china cabinet from Ikea is our pantry space, and an over the door storage basket system from Bed Bath and Beyond (pretty useful actually) holds all of our spices and teas.

What's in my Pantry:

Apple Cider Vinegar
Red Wine Vinegar
Red Wine
Dark Chocolate
All sorts of nuts
Blanched Almond Flour
Coconut Flour
Almond Meal
Jarred tomatoes
Sardines packed in olive oil
Black Tea
Jasmine Green Tea
Bedtime Tea
Huge jar of Local Honey
Canned Salmon
Canned Tuna
All Fruit Apricot Spread
Lentils
Dry White Beans
Organic Raisins
Quinoa
Cocoa Powder
Peanut Butter
Almond Butter

Pretty yummy, healthy stuff that keeps me on track with eating well.
But don't be fooled- I'll post another food confession of my gluten free treats and snacks another day...

Have a great week!
