Introducing Wild Hearts Baking Co., My New Adventure!

Hey everyone, it's been a while and I am so excited to share with you my new business, Wild Hearts Baking Co.! A no gluten, grain-free, natural sugars baking company based out of Union Kitchen, DC.

I've started Wild Hearts Baking Co. so that I can provide the types of treats that I like to eat and that enrich my life even though I eat a restricted diet. I want those kinds of baked goods out in the world and available ready-made for people. I bake the things I love so that I can eat cake for breakfast and cookies with my tea and I want other people to also have those comforts.

I use simple and great ingredients like blanched almond flour, butter from grass-fed cows and Virginia honey; and for my vegan options I use organic coconut oil and organic agave nectar. I'm starting out small and local and will sell in a few local coffee shops, yoga studios and markets soon. I'm also looking forward to do a farmer's market this Spring!

Visit my order page  to see the selection of muffins, cakes, cookie bars and cookies and email mollie@wildheartsbakingco.com to place an order for local pick up or local delivery. Right now I don't ship orders in the mail, but I will let you know when that begins!

Social Media: the website Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook

I'm not sure how exactly the business will grow or what it will look like in the future, but as Jay Pryor says in this episode of Being Boss, "think of the wow not the how".

Thank you for reading The Almond Flower and being a part of this journey. I'll still be posting here from time to time and please, follow along and keep in touch!

Congrats, Mollie! I know you've been wanting to do something like this for a long time now {I think I've been subscribing to your blog for a couple years}, so it's very exciting to see your dreams becoming reality for you. I have to say I absolutely adore the name you've chosen for your business as well. ;)

Your recipes for sweet treats are always calling my name, and I'm sure there is a large population who feel the same. How wonderful to have your delicious offerings ready for those with a sweet tooth to eat at a moment's notice {assuming they live local to you, of course...wish I did}!

I wish you every success!
